Customer Relationship Manager

The CRM is responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system. This includes collecting and managing customer data, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and tracking customer interactions. The CRM will also be responsible for providing support to sales and customer service teams. Job Description
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- BSc in Business, Computer, or Engineering or relevant field from a recognised University or Institution.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and methodologies.
- Experience with a variety of CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM.
- Banking.
- Broking.
- Helpdesk.
- Customer Service.
- Telecalling.
- Customer Relationship Manager.
