Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to patients in homecare, medical centers, clinics, or hospital settings.
- Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support communication and swallowing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
