**Your day-to-day**:
- Facilitate hygiene and grooming standards.
- Assign the staff to follow FIFO (First IN First OUT) system of handling raw materials and processed food at all times.
- Ensures that all the meals are produced according to the load given
- Coordinates with the staff to use raw materials efficiently with maximum yield and minimum wastage.
- Co-ordinates with CDP for the planning of the section and supports during menu presentation.
- Facilitates all assigned activities and ensures that they are completed on time and the report is given based on the production plan.
- Follows instructions of seniors to help in smooth operation and assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in implementing new processes or new cooking techniques.
- Provides all the information related to machinery failure and small equipment damages to Chef de Partie
**What we need from you**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience as a Butcher in Hotels and Restaurants
- Must be able to prepare all meats and fish products specified in company standards
- Must have accurate knife skills
- Must be able to deal with quality control, production control, meat and fish storage
- Excellent communication skills
- Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
