Real Estate Leasing Officer (Commercial)

**Qualifications: Focused in COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES**
- **Bachelor's Degree.**:
- **5+ years in real estate, focusing on marketing, leasing, and customer relations.**:
- **Understanding of the Qatari real estate market. (Commercial Rent-outs)**
**Primary Responsibility**:
- Create and manage property advertisements, **focusing on leasing commercial properties**, and post them on social media.
- Oversee the property leasing process, including conducting viewings and negotiating lease terms.
- Maintain up-to-date listings of available properties.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to align leasing strategies with overall sales objectives.
- Profound understanding in Qatar Market.
**Skills**:
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills with a focus on customer insights.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
