Job Role:
- Ensures compliance with mandated regulations by managing the receipt, inspection, storage, cataloguing, inventory and distribution of stock commodities including materials, supplies, equipment and all other items received.
- Controls incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and good condition of items.
- Administers, supervises and participates in the review of specification updates as well as supports tha activities of the inventory control group assigned to determine the packaging and delivery requirements.
- Supervises the work performance of team members and recommends the selection, orientation and discipline of team members.
- Ensure safety protocols are well maintained by all members of the team
- Preserves records and prepares related reports.
- Responsible for the maintenance and warehouse equipment
Regulations requirements met.
- Inspection procedures followed.
- Smooth administration of warehouse activities.
- Continual performance management and timely feedback provided to subordinates and team members.
Prevention of incidents
- Maintaining relevant documents
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,700.00 per month
