**QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES**:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) will be an advantage.
- MRICS or equivalent professional membership/qualification is desirable.
- An FM background is required
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in construction / civil engineering / facility management, post contract.
- Demonstrable ability to carry out the full range of Quantity Surveying duties is vita
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- QS,construction,civil engineering,Facility Management: 8 years (preferred)
