We are looking for an Offshore QC Supervisor STR/PVV Day for one of our clients with the following details:Start Date: 02-MAR-2025End Date: 31-DEC-2025Location: Offshore Rotational - QatarQualifications & Experience Required:Qualification: Engineering Degree or Diploma experienced technician with HND/HNC and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.Professional Experience: Around 8 years of experience associated with ISO9001:2015 Quality Management in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Hook-up, Brownfield, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up projects of offshore facilities (jacket/topsides) in the Oil and Gas Industry.Valid Certification: Welding - AWS SCWI, CSWIP Grade 3.2 or EWIP/IWIP-C or COMPANY approved equivalent. NDT - ISO 9712, ASNT/PCN.Preferably Certified and Experienced in Coating Activities (NACE/AMPP or FROSIO).Familiar with General Specifications, MANASA / OPERCOM tools, and relevant codes and standards.Language: Fluent in English (Speak & Written).Computer literate with good analytical skills.Good sense of team leadership spirit, strong interpersonal, and soft communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.H2S, CA-EBS, T-BOSIET OPITO approved training.Missions:Responsible for preparation and quality controlling the construction activities related to DBN PWM, including HSE:Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, Company standards, and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.Ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.Participate in risk analysis as required to ensure safe and timely execution of the works.Conduct daily safety tours, toolbox talk audits, and ensure all safety issues are reported through site management in a timely manner.Deliver onshore construction projects, ensuring that no additional remedial work is required.Ensure that the resources and organization from CONTRACTOR are adequate concerning the workload related to quality control on Piping, Structural, and coating activities.Ensure that all required inspections, audits, or equipment certification are performed on time and that all corrective action plans are properly implemented by CONTRACTOR.Ensure the timely completion of the works and monitor closely SITE performance, work schedule, and progress.Liaise with internal Construction team & CONTRACTOR, Third Party for Control implementation.Centralize all the Quality documentation produced offshore and ensure follow-up, traceability, and issuance in MANASA.Inspect any material offshore requested by the onshore team (if any).Ensure CONTRACTOR personnel training and qualification are compared to the activities to be performed.Participate on request in Construction / SITE meetings with the CONSTRUCTION TEAM / CONTRACTORS.Participate on request in the regular HSE Committee meetings & Safety tours.Ensure all construction/fabrication documents are verified and compliant with technical requirements.Ensure that all installation steps, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities are properly completed.Report regularly about installation efficiency and potential drifts on quality, planning, and/or cost.Provide Quality Control indicators and remedial actions to ensure quality efficiency.Ensure that uncompleted activities are properly tracked and recorded under the punch list system.Propose action plans and corrective actions for any deficiency, anomaly, or non-compliance.Stop the work when necessary and report immediately to CSR/HSE Superintend any anomaly, violation & unsafe practice.Maintain a team player role with CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACTOR and strictly achieve the project objectives & Company Standard/Code requirements.Perform the line walk and complete the ICAPS check sheets and RFCC dossiers review to ensure the subsystem being pre-commissioning activities are completed.Carry out any other duties/projects as assigned by the Hierarchy (if required).Prepare a REX for piping, structural, and coating Quality Control discipline.If Interested Kindly apply.
