Director of Finance - Doha - PrecisionHire SolutionsDirector of Finance at Waldorf Astoria Lusail DohaThe Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial performance, ensuring all financial activities comply with policies, regulations, contractual obligations, and financial profitability. This role works closely with the General Manager and plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, while also working to maximize profits for shareholders and owners.This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to formulate effective goals, objectives, and priorities with a long-term perspective, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have financial and operational analytical skills, knowledge of departmental and hotel operations, and leadership and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee hotel financial operations.Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis.Maximize profits for shareholders and owners.Develop and implement financial strategies.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.4-8 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.We are committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our guests, colleagues, owners, and communities.
