1. Prepare monthly management accounts, analyse variances, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
2. Maintain accuracy in reconciliations, stock management, and standard costing.
3. Support budget preparation, audits, and reporting processes to ensure seamless operations.
4. Engage in special projects that enhance shareholder value and improve processes.

1. Experienced and Driven: You bring 3+ years of management accounting or mid-senior accounting experience, along with a tertiary qualification in commerce or business.
2. Technically Skilled: You're proficient in accounting systems (SAP and JDE knowledge is a bonus!) and hold or are working toward a professional certification like CA.
3. A Strategic Thinker: With strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, you're ready to connect numbers to actionable business outcomes.
