As a Manager in Tax Technology and Transformation , you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, helping clients transform their systems and processes. Here’s what you’ll tackle:

• Lead projects to implement cutting-edge technologies, deploy automation tools, and streamline compliance processes, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to enhance data quality and deliver powerful business insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Develop and configure software solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on improving compliance and reporting processes.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and nurturing key relationships with clients and vendors.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and innovation delivery.

• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx , or CaseWare IDEA , with a passion for using technology to solve complex problems.
• A track record of managing and delivering successful, high-impact projects in business consulting, data analytics, or finance/tax technology.
• Experience coaching and developing teams, delegating effectively, and providing actionable feedback.
