Thank me. 3. Operations Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront situations or persons that require investigations. Handle and document guest/employee accidents, guestroom lock problems, noise complaints, lost & found items, exit passes, and any questionable individuals on the premises. Conduct VIP escorts in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure that chemicals are properly labeled, stored & used as directed by the hotel’s hazardous material procedures. Monitor processes and quickly adjust schedules according to changing priorities. Ensure that both guests and staff are in a safe, secure, and health-conscious environment. Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs. Find solutions to challenges while remaining calm. Constantly seek better ways to serve guests and implement solutions. Provide a consistent level of exceptional service, making guests feel special. Remain calm and attentive, displaying concern regardless of the circumstances. Proactively offer to work additional shifts or hours as needed. Inspect Security CCTV equipment to ensure that all equipment is in working order and all cameras are correctly focused. Look for continuous improvement opportunities and take action when appropriate. Work with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and senior management to build relationships based on trust. Perform tasks to serve guests better, regardless of role or department. Develop different approaches to work and discuss these ideas with management before implementation. Consistently complete required department/individual projects. 4. Leadership Act as a Security team member to provide the best service to all team members. Participate in coaching and counseling. Ensure professional practices to actualize an individualized approach to motivation and recognition processes. Work with all departments on the development and utilization of incentive and other types of motivational programs.
