In this dynamic Senior Product Manager role, you'll be a key player in promoting and educating healthcare professionals about a leading aesthetic product line. You'll leverage product knowledge and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with HCPs, contributing to the overall success of the brand and ultimately helping HCPs to achieve their patients' desired aesthetic outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management

Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals like dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic physicians. This is crucial for promoting Dysport and ensuring its successful adoption within your territory.

Understanding Customer Needs: Identify the specific needs and preferences of HCPs to recommend Dysport solutions that effectively meet and exceed their expectations for patient outcomes.

Territory Management: Manage your assigned territory effectively, building brand awareness and advocacy for Dysport.

Brand Representation: Contribute positively to the overall image of IPSEN through professional representation at industry events, conferences, and client interactions.

Market Penetration & Demand Generation

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new opportunities for Dysport.

Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the aesthetics market. Track key performance metrics like volume and market share. Maintain accurate records for insightful reporting.

Data Analysis: Analyze performance to identify trends and patterns. Use these insights to contribute to strategic decision-making, such as campaign optimization or product positioning strategies.

Business Management and Planning

Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records.

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze performance, identify trends, and report findings to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Promotional Activities: Assist with organizing and participating in industry events, conferences, or product launch initiatives.

Education / Certifications / Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with private market experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.

Proven ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and a strong understanding of non-surgical aesthetic procedures (a plus).

Languages: English

Key Technical Competencies Required

Good medical and scientific knowledge.

Mastery of national, regional, and sectoral performance analysis (market, product, and competitor analysis).

Mastery of operational analysis (investments, activities).

Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence.

Business orientation and strategy.

Team spirit and ability to work transversally.

Excellent organization and planning skills.
