Dar Al Riyadh is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to develop their project management skills, with the aim of advancing to a Project Manager role through both self-driven efforts and company-supported training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high learning curve, a commitment to professional growth, and a strong desire to build a long-term career with us.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards.Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and managing costs to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Resource Allocation: Help allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and timelines.Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within scope.Project Closure: Assist in project closure activities, including documentation and post-project evaluation.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role (preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting).Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Opportunities for Growth:Comprehensive training and mentorship programs to help you transition to a Project Manager role.Career path development within Dar Al Riyadh, supported by company-sponsored training and certifications (e.g., PMP).Exposure to high-profile projects and clients in the engineering and construction sectors.Key Attributes:Strong work ethic with the desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to stay with the company long-term and develop a fulfilling career.Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in both learning and professional responsibilities.Team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
