Work closely with the senior management at Saudi Post to understand the positioning of the company and its transformation journey so that the company image is aligned to its corporate objective. Formulate the company's brand architecture and framework ensuring consistent and effective brand-positioning for the company in line with its strategic objectives and values. Review and share with senior management for approval the company brand guidelines, protocol rules and ensure adherence at all times so that a consistent image of the company is reflected. Oversee the creation of all kinds of artworks, themes, and designs for the company as per annual plan and ensure its compliance to Saudi Post's corporate identity, theme, ethics, and codes of conduct. Provide guidance to the marketing team in order to ensure that all marketing material and communication for Saudi Post's services and products are aligned with the corporate brand guidelines. Lead roll out initiatives such as brand awareness sessions and workshops across the company and with relevant stakeholders in order to build awareness within Saudi Post regarding brand guidelines and architecture. Ensure that all press statements, public speeches, external and internal communications, digital content etc., issued are consistent with the overall company image, branding principles and local etiquette. Work closely with the corporate communication team to support on matters related to corporate visual identity management and to the branding of the company in PR related internal/external channels of communication such as print, broadcast and online, including the public usage of Saudi Post brands. Ensure that any issues resulting from the inadequate implementation/use of branding and visual identity are promptly addressed and modified. Manage the analysis of marketing campaigns and external communication to ensure that the public's perception of Saudi Post is aligned to the company's image and brand.
