Required for a reputable Construction Firm located at Dammam - KSA.Responsibilities:Good experience with HVAC systems.Good experience with chillers, C.CU, and package unit.Experience with pump stations and pump selection.Familiar with all filing systems (foam - FM 200 - Nov Ac 1230 sprinklers).Experience in infrastructural works (Sewer, Stormwater, and Fire lines).Qualifications:Must have at least 7 years of experience.Experience in construction of industrial buildings.Experience working with Aramco or R.C in KSA or Orascom or Petroget in Egypt.Familiar with ASTM Standards and capable of reviewing specifications and requirements.Experience in shop drawing and revision design drawings, with the ability to detail as required.Familiar with all required documents for approvals (FIR, FCD, HPR, DCIV).Familiar with all plans documents (Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Method statements, ITP).Good personality with leadership skills, capable of making decisions.Additional Information:Attractive package with all benefits.
