We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you and do your very best work.People & Operations SpecialistWe have an exciting opportunity for a People & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will provide regional operational expertise, oversight and support to the MENA team. This role will focus on People operations but also support the wider business operational needs.You will take full ownership of the onboarding process across both MENA and the wider EMEA region, welcoming people to the Immersive Labs community and making them feel included from day 1. You will be a natural relationship builder, working closely with stakeholders across the global business.A core part of your role will require you to be detail oriented, updating and maintaining our key systems for accuracy including our HRIS and our ATS. We're looking for someone who will take a proactive approach to organise regional employee experiences that drive employee engagement such as team and volunteer events.Your main responsibilities:Own employee onboarding and offboarding for the EMEA region, including but not limited to generating offer letters, working with local visa & immigration partners, liaising with government bodies, and communicating with new hires from pre-hire to month 1 onboarding.Support local benefits administration, for example, enrolling employees in health insurance benefits, working with local insurance brokers, and supporting benefit renewals.Build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide HR guidance based on local labour laws and best practices.Act as the liaison - and escalate as needed - on all operational business aspects for the METNA region.Serve as a regional advocate and guide for METNA business operations.Support legal entity incorporation and ongoing management, partnering with Immersive's Legal team and its external advisers as needed.Support the go-to-market team with deal administration from a regional perspective, including revenue collections and local compliance activities.Special projects and ad hoc operational tasks as required, supporting the People and wider Operations team needs both at a local and global level.You should apply if you have:3-5 years of People Operations and HR generalist experienceComplete knowledge and full understanding of employee onboarding and offboarding policies, processes, and best practicesComfortable problem solving and working independentlyProcess-oriented with strong attention to detailClear communicatorExcellent command in Arabic and English, both written and verbalImmersive Labs' growth has been fuelled by our values that underpin everything we do:Driven - We are innovators and market-creators, constantly moving forward to achieve results in support of our mission.Inclusive - We are passionate about creating an environment of inclusion and respect for our employees, customers and partners, everyone has opportunities to thrive.Customer Obsessed - We seek to develop deep relationships with our customers to help them achieve their business outcomes.One Team - We are a talented global team working together to achieve our vision.As well as an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you, we offer an extensive range of benefits:Time off, flexible and remote working so you can work when is best for you, includes 25 days annual leave + 2 volunteering days and a day off for your birthdayCareer and learning development through the Immersive platform and our 'Learn Anything' fundShare in the company's success with share options, sales incentives and Recognition & Rewards for doing great work and living our values and behavioursInformal or formal flexible working options, e.g. flexible start and finish times, reduced hours, job share, remote workingWhile this is a remote position, we do all meet in our EMEA HQ on a bi annual basis and regularly in person in region.Find out more about life at Immersive Labs https://careers.immersivelabs.com
