You will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the sales team. A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Key AccountabilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededRequirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degreeA proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsMinimum of 2 years of experience selling ERP software solutionsHigh level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure environmentSelf-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievementWork EnvironmentThis is a 100% office job.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive monthly salaryStock Option PlanHealth insurance for the employee and their spouse and children21 working days annual vacationRewaa is a fast-growing company with great opportunities to developAlert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
