We are recruiting an experienced and passionate certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a beautiful, boutique Pilates studio opening in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Dhahran is a cosmopolitan city with a diverse population due to the presence of expatriates working for Saudi Aramco and other companies. You can easily go to Bahrain by car and also have easy access to a variety of beaches, outdoor and indoor activities, as well as different restaurants and cafes.The package:Basic Salary starting from 3500 USD (Tax-free)Accommodation allowanceTransportation allowanceComplimentary recruitment flightComplimentary annual flight homeMedical insuranceCommission on Private Training (semi-private or 1-1) inside and outside working hours20% on 1-1 private training, if given outside the working hours or exceeding 24 classes a week15% per client on semi-private classes given within working hours. This class will be considered within agreed upon 24 classes per week.20% per client on semi-private classes given outside working hours or exceeding 24 classes a week (semi-private will include 2-5 clients in one session)40% Commission on group classes given outside working hours or exceeding 24 classes per week22 days of paid annual leaveSupport of future training and certificationsQualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching group or private classes.Comprehensive 500-hour certification in Mat, Reformer, and Chair.Familiarity with Merrithew Reformer Machine is preferred.Proven experience in teaching Prenatal Pilates is a plus.Proven experience leading group classes, with a strong understanding of various techniques and principles.Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to Pilates exercises and movements.Ability to work flexible hours (morning/evening classes).A Barre certificate is a plus.Duties & Responsibilities:Full-Time job. Up to 24 classes a week, this can be split to 5 or 6 days a week based on instructor's preference.Design and lead Reformer Pilates classes that cater to participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.Instruct clients on proper techniques, form, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout.Provide individualized attention and modifications to a group class of up to 5 participants.Lead classes using a Pilates Reformer, stability ball, resistance band, and Cardio-Tramp Rebounder.Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field to integrate new techniques and exercises into classes.Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.Job Description:Our client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join their studio.
