Export Sales Specialist

What you need to do:

• Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas inquiries.
• Work together with Manager to identify business/sales opportunities and promote company products and services.
• Work closely with Manager for company’s product matters.
• Understand customers’ requirements and handle their feedback.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Prepare and present company profile introduction to customers.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationships.
• Provide support and assistance to Department Manager to ensure every sales order can be completed on time including but not limited to payment collection, license application, Customer Contract, and project status follow-up with internal and external parties.
• Prepare quotations pertaining to customers’ requirements.
• Provide potential customers with relevant up-to-date product information and pricing.
• Perform tasks specified in the company ISO 9001:2015.
• Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager. Monitor customers’ orders with the planning department to ensure orders are delivered on time.

What we need from you?

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Independent with a good command of English both verbal and written as job requires dealing with customers internationally.
• Sales-driven and self-motivated person.
• Experience in M&E is preferred or construction-related is an added advantage.
