Senior Manager - Finance (FP&A)

JOB SUMMARY The successful individual in this position will be able to make an immediate effective contribution by drawing upon their previous experience and developing it further by utilizing expertise within Coalition globally. REQUIREMENTS •7-8 years strong analytical experience •Expertise on cost analysis, Financial modeling & Planning, PL Management, revenue analytics. •Hands-on experience on Advance Excel •Power BI experience required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Assisting in Variance analysis & Trend analysis on monthly basis to help business track their financial performance. •Assisting in various reporting to management of the company for strategic decision making. •In depth P&L analysis , Sales and Margin analysis. •Assisting in preparing business simulation models & forecasting based on changed business environment/dynamics and translating the impact thereof on business profitability. •Ensuring correct allocation of expenses across various business and analyzing different method of allocation and effect on profitability. •Supporting business with financial forecast and other MIS for presentation to management. •Develop and maintain interactive MIS dashboards, reports, and analysis templates using internal and external data visualization tools.
