Senior Sales Manager/ BD Director (Precision Engineering) | New role

Benefits: 5 working days (8am – 5:30pm) New role, with direct reporting to the CEO overseas Salary wide range (Detail to be shared) Job Scope: Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, improve profit margins, and increase sales from current customers while attracting new ones. Engage with leads and potential customers to build and strengthen business relationships. Support local teams in driving business growth. Attend client meetings, audits, and conference calls. Train the sales team on CRM tools and assist them in skill development. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s expertise and share it with others. Review sales metrics and generate monthly sales reports. Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of related working experience (B2B) in precision engineering (medical devices, manufacturing, semiconductor). Willing and able to travel overseas as required for work-related assignments and projects. Having a car is preferred, with car allowances provided for travel-related expenses.
