Sales and Marketing Representative / Business Development - Freight

Main responsibilities include:

Prospecting new accounts
Understanding client shipping needs
Creating solutions involving air/ocean transport
Preparing quotes
Holding specific knowledge regarding international and domestic freight forwarding and operations
Staying current on market trends
Generating new sales revenue independently for a designated geographic region
Account management to retain and grow client base
Utilizing internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have a driving license
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
