Investor Relations Director (91777) Hong Kong

• Prepare interim / annual reports, presentation materials, data visualization, monthly updates, news broadcasting and interview scripts with collaboration of relevant departments.
• Participate in meetings, corporate events and roadshows with potential investors to develop and enhance strong relationships with stakeholders in the investment community, by addressing the questions raised by investors and facilitating their understanding of the company’s business and investment potential with insightful perspectives.
• Work closely with the team to plan and implement effective strategies and executable actions to drive the investor relations activities for the Group.
• Conduct market and industry research and prepare analysis reports to keep abreast of market and industry trends, peer analysis, and investor sentiment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investor relations.
• CFA Qualification is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good command of English and Putonghua.
