Many of our client group live with mental health diagnoses, substance misuse issues or an acquired brain injury. Due to the impact of these, many of our clients also have a history of homelessness or were at high risk of homelessness.

We are a vital part of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne Residential, Palliative Care & Correctional Health Services, a key clinical service program of SVHM and broader SVHA Public Hospital division. About the Role

About You

Current Nursing Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRAMinimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an aged care setting is requiredFamiliarity with the Commonwealth Aged Care Standards and the requirements of meeting them, an understanding of relevant legislationPost graduate mental health or addiction medicine qualifications are desirable but not obligatoryCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, or be willing to obtain
