What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
- Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
- Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
- Evaluate the need for escalation
- Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity
- Have a high level of German and fluent English (C2 - written and oral)
- Have strong analytically and problem-solving skills.
- Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
- Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases.
- Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
- Full-time with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and our client's needs)
