Role Summary: As the Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Cloud Platform and work on setting up and maintaining a robust and highly automated cloud infrastructure. You will be part of the team in building from scratch our cloud-native capability, with a focus on optimizing for cost, enabling software developers to develop quickly, with a strong focus on automation and cloud-native cybersecurity practices. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

• Technical hands-on ability
  • Work closely with the Head of Cloud Platform and other seniors to design and set up the cloud infrastructure to support data science/AI development, software development as well as production environments, with cost, cybersecurity, and infrastructure-as-code as key considerations.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and enable professional growth and learning.
• Cloud Infrastructure development
  • Build and maintain cloud monitoring and automation solutions to improve daily operations.
  • Develop a self-service model that treats data scientists and software developers as customers and empowers software developers to develop in an agile manner with the right governance guardrails.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerts to enable real-time monitoring of cloud environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technology expert and practitioner, building and scaling cloud infrastructure with at least 6 years in the software industry.
• Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure for production use cases with stringent service level standards and where downtime has a material impact on the business.
• Deep experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and ideally Azure, and with infrastructure-as-code technology e.g., Terraform and cloud-native tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex business problems in a structured and logical manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 12+ years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
