Data Management Process & Systems Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual to be a part of our Data Management team as a Data Management Process & Systems Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization's data assets. You will also contribute to testing system improvements and provide technical support to resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless data operations across the organization. Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and enter data into the ERP system.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits by identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
• Implement data backup and recovery procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports.
• Ensure data security and privacy by monitoring and managing data access permissions.
• Cooperate with various business units to understand data needs.
• Document data management policies and procedures and identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in data management projects and contribute to global initiatives.
• Provide technical support for data management tools and resolve data-related issues.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
