Head of Leadership Hiring (Talent Acquistion)

As part of the Global head for leadership hiring, you will be a key leader in Talent Acquisition group and report to the Global Head of Recruitment. You will oversee the hiring of senior leaders, sales experts and corporate function across all regions. You will also be leading the different initiatives at overall function level like Employee referral, social media platforms and DEI etc. You will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align the talent acquisition strategy with the business goals and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for senior leadership and sales roles across all regions, as well as the corporate support functions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, for senior leadership and sales roles across all regions, as well as the corporate support functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional HR heads, business leaders, candidates, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
• Engaging with potential candidates and presenting them with the value proposition of working for the organization.
• Negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates in alignment with the budget and market standards.
• Lead the Global employee referral program and the talent branding initiatives, ensuring that we leverage our existing talent pool and showcase our employer value proposition to the market.
• Analyze and report on the talent acquisition metrics and trends and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participating in external events and forums to network and source talent.
