Current Requirement Right now, we are hiring for the role of Business Development Executives (Fresher & Experienced), to join us onsite, on full-time basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for high-caliber candidates to join a target-driven and focused team working for a rapidly expanding company, in the language service industry. Role & Responsibilities ● Developing business for the company’s linguistic services. ● Generating new business contacts, developing these partnership from initial contact to contract finalization. ● Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction. ● Respond to inquiries from potential clients. ● Able to identify challenges that target clients would have, in their localization strategy. ● Work closely with project managers in our Service Delivery team. ● Develop and maintain a database for contacts, activities and results. What we see in an ideal candidate (but not limited to)● Professional knowledge of Zoho (CRM)● Fluency in English (spoken and written). ● Bilingual / Trilingual proficiency would be a plus. ● Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. ● Excellent computer literacy related to Microsoft Office and other Microsoft based applications ● Ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts. ● Attention to detail is paramount in all areas of work. ● Team spirit and positive attitude. ● Readiness to work in rotational shifts.
