Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh with Hybrid Mode Job Type: Full-Time   Role Overview: The Manager – Fundraising will be responsible for identifying and cultivating corporate partnerships that align with SWF’s mission. This role involves securing CSR funding and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate partners.   Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to secure corporate partnerships that support the organisation’s goals.
• Build strong relationships with corporates, major brands, and industry leaders, focusing on Delhi NCR for continued support.
• Identify potential corporate partners and engage with them using the organisation’s networks and resources to maximise fundraising opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations that clearly outline SWF’s mission, objectives, and funding needs to attract corporate support.
• Organise and coordinate fundraising events to engage potential corporate partners and explore new opportunities.
• Drive business development by reaching out to potential partners, scheduling meetings, and following up to expand the network of supporters.
• Manage the financial aspects of CSR fundraising, including budgeting and forecasting to ensure sustainability.
• Ensure all CSR fundraising activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, maintaining transparency.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and new opportunities in CSR fundraising.
• Represent the organisation in meetings with corporate entities, CSR Heads, and key partners to build long-term relationships.

• Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or business development within the NGO/CSR sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of CSR regulations under the Companies Act 2013.
