  1. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Act as a primary point of contact to address client concerns and ensure their success.
  3. Manage a portfolio of accounts, monitor engagement, and proactively address issues to enhance client retention. Drive renewal processes and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the ongoing value of our services.
You should apply, if you
  1. Are a rookie who knows the yard: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in a tech or education environment.
  2. Are a Lingo-phile: Proficiency in Malayalam, both written and verbal.
  3. Always have a solution up your sleeve: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Fit into teams like a glove: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
