We are looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager, Events to join our team! As a Senior Manager/ Manager, Events , we rely on you to: Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and requirements in order to provide professional advice to facilitate and assist on their planning. Conduct venue inspections with the organizers or external contractors for planning meetings or event setups. Provide menu recommendations or custom menu design to offer service flexibility as well as to drive upselling. Coordinate food tasting arrangements for the organizers on high profile or special events prior to the event days to meet customer expectations. Work independently with external vendors to coordinate special event arrangements, such as venue theme decoration, entertainment arrangements, etc. Develop close rapport with organizers to strengthen guest loyalty for repeat business in the future. Maintain effective communication and cohesive working relationships with the Sales & Marketing team, F&B, and other operating departments of the hotel.
