IT Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Awareness of low current systems, particularly public address systems, CCTV systems, IP MATV systems, and data center room management (Rack, Patch Panel, Switches, Routers).
- Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing their requirements.
- Organize and conduct product training for clients.
- Travel flexibility to visit sites for surveys and source new clients, suppliers, and vendors to enhance company products and maximize potential in delegated areas.
- Responsible for purchasing orders and supplying products.
- Monitor sites, business progress, and follow up on technical matters.
- Manage fingerprint systems (attendance), printers, and internal network maintenance, including devices like laptops, PCs, printers, and cameras.
- Equip computers and install various programs (3D Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, ERP System).
- Oversee domain and website management, including emails.
- Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and technical enquiries.
- Assist sales managers from a technical perspective to achieve their targets.
