Manager, Regional Product and Consultancy Job Description: Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our regional digital products portfolio at ITT/XM Overseas. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive cross-functional support for operational topics, driving our digital transformation initiatives forward. This is a 1 Year Contract role (Subject to renewal) Salary Range: Up to SGD 10,800 per month Key Responsibilities: Product/Service Management : Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Oversee the strategic planning and execution of our digital product offerings. Product Delivery : Lead the rollout of new products and services, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development and iteration. Product Development : Leverage Agile/Scrum frameworks to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align on product strategy and deliver exceptional results. Financial Management : Manage product budgets, analyze costs, and track performance to ensure financial success. Generate insightful reports to guide product strategy and identify financial risks. Digital Infrastructure/Architecture/Technology : Possess a strong understanding of digital infrastructure, architecture, and underlying technologies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in the digital space. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus. 5-10 years of experience in product design, development, and management, with a successful track record in delivering products. 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks. Apply Now!
