They are the world's largest producer of hydrocarbons (oil and gas) and strive to maximize the value of the energy they produce for the world.Who are we looking for?Our client is seeking a Business Development Lead to join the Development Department. The Basic function is to direct activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing a business venture or portfolio of ventures including initiation, closing, and transition. Provides high-level professional expertise in the development and management of new business ventures.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent. 12 years of experience. CFA, CMA, PMP, or similar. Industry expertise in operational or financial carve-out, commercialization, joint venture development and management, project development, execution, valuation, and economic/financial modeling. Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation. Focused knowledge in carve-out divestment, financial restructuring, or IPO. Experience in local or industry-specific best practices and regulatory mandates. Key Responsibilities Manages the business development process through deal closure, including validation against proposal progress. Works with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals for new ventures. Reviews investor proposals and approves contract payments within authority limits. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure deal alignment. Leads business portfolios and manages the development of commercial agreements. Manages negotiation strategy development and execution. Provides administrative direction to Business Development staff. Represents the company in professional societies and conferences. Job Benefits Monthly Base Salary - aligned with company employees with similar skills Monthly Overbase - 25% of your monthly base salary Benefits Supplement - 20% of your monthly base salary Severance Package - 2-week pay for each year of service after 2 years Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) - maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay Incentive Plan - annual; based on performance Travel Allowance - annual; approx. $8,200 per household member Medical/Dental Plan - complimentary in-Kingdom medical care Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) - 90% of expenses for education Settling in Allowance - one-time payment based on status
