Jaybro Group is on a mission to make life easier for infrastructure contractors. We are seeking an energetic and engaged Production General Hand to join our team on a full-time basis. They will ensure the efficient production of quality signage products ensuring our customer orders are completed on time delivering a WOW service. The successful individual will be responsible for; · Operation of various machinery across the signage production department; · Layup of sign faces; · Quality Control; and · Maintaining constant and clear communication with Production Coordinator, Team Leader and other team members to make sure commitments and targets are met within deadlines. Requirements Our dynamic, fast-paced but friendly environment will suit an energetic self-starter with the following skills and experience; · Sign making experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided; · Manual handling experience; · Machine Operation experience including wide format digital printers, CNC routers, pressure applicators and hand tools; · Exceptional attention to detail; · Experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment; · Good communication skills; · Organisational and time management skills; · Good problem solving skills; and · Professional presentation.
