ABOUT INTELLECT DESIGN ARENA LTD WHAT YOU WILL DO: Selected candidates would have the opportunity to work with leading Commercial Banks as part of their digital transformation initiatives in the Transaction Banking space. Intellect has multiple ongoing programs with banks in South East Asia, India, Europe and North American markets and poised to kick off new programs in the coming months. As part of the project assignment, would involve presenting Intellect product capabilities to the bank, analyzing business requirements, crafting compelling solutions leveraging product capabilities, working with internal and external stakeholders to define integrated cross-product solutions, and provide functional support to various cross functional teams across the solution development life cycle phases. YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Role: Cross Functional Lead – Business Analysis (Cash Management) SKILLS REQUIRED: ● Experience required is 8-12 years, within which, 3 years of experience working in a Bank is preferable. ● Significant work experience in Cash Management Solution / Products in any of the following domains: Payments, Collections, Receivables, Virtual Accounts Management, Corporate Internet Banking. ● Must have hands on knowledge on the products as a functional BA / SME ● Experience in working in client facing role will be highly preferred ● Ability to interact and communicate with client Business Teams independently for Product Walkthrough, Understanding Requirements Gap analysis, Workshops , CR management , UAT support ● Should have worked on Digital Transformation Programs ● Excellent analytical, presentation, influencing & Communication skills ● Ability to interact with business/product owners to provide Business/functional requirements ● Should be able to independently design solutions as per customer requirements ● Should be well versed in preparing high level solution approach/design, detailed solution design with relevant documentation (Epics & User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria). ● Should be leading & mentoring BAs, plan & track team's activities ● Experience in working closely with large team and stakeholders from different background ● Knowledge / experience working with non-functional requirements like API integration, interface specifications, message formats (SWIFT, ISO), data model definitions, file templates, etc. is desirable ● Proficiency with various BA tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io. Knowledge of UX design tools (Figma, Invision, UX Pin) would be a plus.
