Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure stock levels.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey performance areas:System coordination of supplier accounts to optimize the most profitable ordering patterns/frequencyItem parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting resultsPlace supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service levelsPromotional planning and replenishmentProject ManagementData analysis and reportingDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate must have:Matric with a B.Com Supply Chain degree or relevant degreeMinimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageousExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent computer literacy skills - (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)Product and market knowledgeAbility to analyze numerous data setsAbility to cope under pressureExcellent planning and organizational skillsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.If you do send an email to the recruiter directly, please state the position you are applying for.
