- Ensure coherent launch of campaigns through expert use of our web merchandising and content tools
- Adaptation of global guidelines to fit local assortment (on e-store)
- Approve translations for local website
- Ensure local policy pages are accurate and store finder information is up to date
- UAT and launch of any new Digital features
- Support Ecommerce Trade manager in developing and scaling commercial insights to boost conversion, basket and sales
- Evaluate the consumer and website behavior to find related and unrelated patterns and propose tests to increase conversion
- Support cross functional teams with commercial insights around personalisation & customer loyalty
- Support Trade Manager with SEO strategy and implementation
- Previous eCommerce experience required as an eCommerce Specialist (1-2yrs) or Coordinator (3yrs)
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Computer Skills: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or equivalent enterprise solution), Adobe Analytics and CMS – monolithic or headless
- Attention to detail, commercially minded, strong communication and organisation, trouble shooting and solutions driven.
- Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles
- Comfortable with challenging opinions using data to support
