Contract/Temp. $100 - $120 p.h. + plus 11.5% superannuation. Our
client has a new and motivated leader who needs an Agile Business
Analyst/Product Owner to help with Salesforce project work. Our client
is a leading state government agency dedicated to providing innovative
solutions and exceptional service to our community. 7.5 hours per day

development. Hourly rate temporary contract appointment ranging $100
per hour plus 11.5% super to $120 per hour plus 11.5% super. The rate
of pay will be defined with the candidate based on skills, experience,
or expertise on Salesforce Administration and Systems experience. Must
be Adelaide South Australia based as 3 days from the office will be
required and some days can be negotiated for the right candidate. All
applicable award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and
allowances and superannuation for this role. Position Overview: We are
looking for a talented Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner to join
our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will play a crucial
role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical
solutions within our Salesforce environment. This role requires a
proactive individual with strong analytical skills, a deep
understanding of Salesforce, and experience working in an Agile
framework.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business
stakeholders and the development team to gather, analyze, and document
business requirements. Define and prioritize the product backlog,
ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Develop user
stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for new
features and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business
needs.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of
delivered solutions.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are
equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively. Stay current with
Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements to
optimize business processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology,
or a related field. Proven experience as a business analyst or product
owner, preferably within a Salesforce environment. Strong
understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an
Agile framework. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
