As a Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for advising and guiding clients through visa application processes, providing information on immigration regulations, and assisting with documentation. You will play a pivotal role in helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their immigration goals. Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat would be an asset
• Prior experience in visa counselling, immigration services, or related field
• Knowledge of immigration laws, visa types, and application procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
