Jewellery Merchandiser

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jewellery Merchandiser to join our team. The key role includes managing of product life cycle from design to dispatch while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The candidate will work closely with the Design, CAD, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure that all products meet customer expectations and are delivered on time. The candidate shall have a keen eye for trends, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee CAD Designs and Product Development:

• Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing and diamond vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that materials are available, and orders are processed according to the timeline.
• Manage customer orders by overseeing dispatch timelines and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Assign tasks related to customer orders to the Design and CAD team to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging styles in the jewellery industry.
• Identify opportunities for creating new product lines and propose ideas for expanding the collection.
• Perform quality checks of finished jewellery products before shipment.
• Oversee the inventory and track stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, CAD, Manufacturing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure smooth product development and timely delivery.
• Support team efforts by collaborating on various operational tasks and contributing to collective goals.

• Certification/Bachelor's degree in jewellery field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in jewellery industry
• Strong understanding of CAD design software and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the jewellery industry, including trends, materials, and production processes.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of start ups is a plus.
