Job Summary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB Location: Tuas (Company transport provided) Mon-Fri, 7.50am to 4.55pm 1 year contract (renewable) Semicon industry MNC Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process, including job requisitions and manpower updates. Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and collaborate with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates. Conduct interviews and screenings to identify candidates that align with hiring managers' requirements. Oversee work pass administration and streamline the onboarding process for new employees. Coordinate career talks, job fairs, workplace health initiatives, and recreational activities. Requirements: Min 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment Min.
