Salary : $18.50/hour Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Contract Duration : 6 Jan 2025 - 4 Apr 2025 Location : Central Location Key Responsibilities: Funding Calculations : Assist with the calculation and allocation of funding for post-graduate medical education programs. Reconciliation : Manage the reconciliation of funds disbursement, working with large data sets and ensuring accuracy – your Excel skills will shine here! Compliance Checks : Perform thorough checks on residency funding applications, verifying supporting documents to ensure everything meets the required guidelines. Specialist Manpower Projections : Contribute to projections related to specialist manpower needs, using data to support strategic planning and decisions. What We’re Looking For: Educational Background : A degree in Finance , Accountancy , or any related field. Other degrees may also be considered. Excel Expertise : Strong proficiency in MS Office , particularly Excel. You’ll be working with thousands of data fields, so excellent spreadsheet skills are a must! Attention to Detail : You must be meticulous when it comes to data accuracy, compliance, and financial documentation. Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and writing skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. No Experience Needed : On-the-job training will be provided, so this is a great entry point into a finance and compliance role!
