- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the company's website ranking on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable content creation and optimization opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content to improve search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to ensure the website meets best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
- Build and manage backlink profiles to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news to ensure the company's SEO strategies remain current and effective.
- Report regularly on SEO performance, including key metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Qualification and Skills required:
- Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
