At AESG, we are looking for an Associate Consultant - Sustainability to be based in Dubai and work alongside our other specialist disciplines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated sustainability specialist seeking professional development within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall direction, strategy, and success of AESG as part of the company leadership team
- Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues
- Assist and supervise Senior Consultants / Consultants
- Provide mentorship and line management
- Support the commercial success and stability of the division
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects to exemplary levels of quality
- Lead and implement AESG business development within the sector of expertise
- Provide thought leadership in the division and industry as a whole
- Support the development of procedures to improve division function and efficiency
- Support divisional financial management, contracts management, business development, and marketing
- Motivated and self-driven (Entrepreneurial outlook)
- Committed to technical excellence
- Good relationship builder (internal and external)
- Ideally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or post-academic professional qualifications to carry out the role
- Generally, a minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role
