Our client a civil engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and sales and experienced in preparing bids and tenders. Job Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and deliver business pitches and proposals Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients Analyze and report on sales performance and market trends Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients Prepare tenders and bid proposals Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven years of relevant experience in business development and sales preferably in a civil engineering real estate or construction space. Key Skills: Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities Strong business development and sales skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong leadership and management skills Proficient in MS Office CRM software and other business development tools Expertise in bids and tenders preparation Fluency in English (written and spoken) NB: Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
