We're Hiring: Senior HR Recruiter at Thrillophilia (Jaipur) Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? Thrillophilia, a leading player in the travel and adventure industry, is looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Jaipur! What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, primarily focusing on Sales, Customer Support, and Operations.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across different levels and functions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement strategies that meet the company's growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong expertise in hiring for Sales, Customer Support, and Operations roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Experience in using linkedin and other sourcing portals to find the best candidates.
• Proficient in using Excel for tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining reports, and analyzing recruitment data.
• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a team-player attitude.
