Responsibilities As a Senior Manager , Growth Programs for Asia Pacific, your purpose will be to further accelerate DHL Supply Chain’s journey towards outstanding customer experience, retention and business growth. You will be a key contributor to shaping and implementing the guidelines, processes, structures and tools that enable our Business Developers and Account Managers be the best they can possibly be. You will help drive the necessary change by developing and executing team engagement strategies and supporting with the delivery of our professional development agenda. And while you will mostly work with internal stakeholders you will keep in touch with customers and their expectations by facilitating select strategic customer workshops such as Joint Business Planning. You will work closely with regional and country Business Development and Account Management Leaders as well as Subject Matter Experts from other regions. This role is part of APAC’s Regional Business Development team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales Performance & Account Management Excellence. Sales Performance & Account Management Excellence Overall program management of Asia Pacific’s Sales Performance & Account Management Excellence roadmaps Independently lead the conceptual development, alignment and implementation of select roadmap deliverables such as customer segmentation or digital customer engagement tools Drive the expansion and refinement of DHL Supply Chain’s global Customer BASICS program for the Asia Pacific region Review existing business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new and improved approaches Facilitation of strategic customer initiatives and workshops with senior stakeholders Facilitate Joint Business Planning and other strategic workshops with DHL and customer teams Develop and coach other facilitators in your proven workshop methodology (train-the-trainer) Support over-arching regional Business Development campaigns like cross-selling Engagement of Growth Team community Support regional Sales and Account Management award and incentive programs Provide regular training and best practice webinars with functional leaders and community champions Prepare regular key engagements events like monthly Account Management Leadership meetings and quarterly Growth Team townhall meetings Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Consulting or other customer-facing roles. High level of curiosity with proven analytical and conceptual capabilities. Experience in program and project management. Stakeholder management skillset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
