Corporate Communications Associate

Your role

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in corporate communications, business writing, and integrated marketing communications. Responsibilities include media relations and events, press releases, crisis communications, internal and stakeholder communications, reputation and brand management, social media management, and CSR/sustainability. Your role and responsibilities:

• PR Planning and Management
  • PR Metrics monitoring: performance and analysis.
  • In charge of corporate brand and reputation management in terms of partnerships and sponsorships.

• Business Sustainability
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of indicators and prepare reports / write-ups.
  • Development of strategies.
  • Data management, stakeholder engagement, and reportorial requirements.

• Corporate Communications
  • In charge of planning and execution of all internal communications.

About you

You are a perfect match if you have the following qualifications:

• You are a graduate of BA Communications Research, AB Journalism, or BS Environmental Science.
• You are an expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
• You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly gained knowledge and skills on the job and learn through their application.
• You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
• You can assimilate and apply new job-related information promptly.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills required:

• Has experience with Journalism, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, Advertising, Communication Research or Sustainability.
• Must have Business Writing, Photography, and Editing skills.
• Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• High analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• You are an expert in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Skill and experience in using M365 Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) is a plus.
